Documents
Building Plans detailing the proposed construction are required and shall include wall framing details and dimensions. All plans shall be uploaded in PDF format via the online permit portal. Plans shall be submitted in a single PDF file.
Information
Life Safety Review/Sprinkler Permit application is only required for sprinklered homes. Converting a basement into a separate, rentable dwelling unit is not permitted in most residential zones.
