Blink
What is Blink?
Blink was founded with the mission to do our part in slowing climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions caused by transportation. Our company always has, and continues to be, a driving force in the EV industry. Paving the way for the growth and adaptation of electric vehicles, Blink continues to offer innovative EV products and business partnerships to drive the industry forward.
How Does Blink Work?
The Blink Network uses a host portal through an app you download that comes with an intuitive new design that is focused on giving site hosts more visibility of their chargers. Paired with an array of different features, their proprietary cloud-based software allows site hosts to:
- Download reports.
- Apply flexible pricing.
- Monitor real-time charge events.
- Increased visibility for site hosts.
Blink aims to elevate the charging experience by looking for ways to provide more flexibility and information to hosts and drivers and it is part of their mission to develop the leading global EV charging network.

EV Charging Stations can be found at City facilities. Blink is a well-known and respected leader in building EV infrastructure in this area. The City of Laurel has partnered with Blink to provide additional EV charging stations to residents at three public locations:
- 312 Main Street
- 8103 Sandy Spring Road (Joseph R. Robison Laurel Municipal Center)
- Robert J. DiPietro Community Center (7901 Cypress Street).
Each of these sites features 4 EV charging stations, and the City continues to be forward-thinking, planning for further infrastructure growth to meet the increasing demand for EVs.
A special shout-out to Paniagua who went above and beyond and installed our signs and making this partnership a success!
