Online payments are now available for Accounts Receivable billings ( Residential / Commercial Special Pickups, Recycle or Refuse). Please email Andrea Pickett or call 301-725-5300, ext. 2248 to update your email address on your customer billing account, so you can then set up your Online Payment Account.

Pay your bill for Bulk Trash, Refuse, and Recycling collections by accessing the Municipal Online Payments website.

This link should only be used to make payments for Accounts Receivable (Bulk Trash, Refuse, Recycle). Donations, Business PPTX, and Permits / Licensing have separate payment portal links (please see the correct payment options below). Use of the incorrect payment site for these services will cause a delay in the processing of your payment to your invoice.

Miscellaneous ACH/Credit Card Payments

Pay your business personal property tax, Laurel Pride Committee (Vendor Application payment-application to be done on Committee online site, miscellaneous donations), Juneteenth Committee (Vendor Application payment-application to be done on Committee online site), July 4th Committee Payments (donations or Vendor Payments-applications to be done on Committee online site) or Community Assistance Fund (Including Farmers Market Vendor payments-please make note in memo section or make miscellaneous donations for the 150th Anniversary Committee (Bricks, Merchandise) please note Donation in Memo Section.

You can create an account or make a one-time payment. You must have the Business ID and Billing ID to pay Business Personal Property Tax. If you need your current or past due invoices, please email Andrea Pickett or call 301-725-5300, ext. 2248.
