Presented by the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Laurel Police Department, elementary-aged children can decorate their bikes and scooters inside the Laurel Armory. Participants then show off their safety skills in an obstacle course and parade down Montgomery Street. Decorations are provided by the department. The event concludes with ice cream to go provided by SweetFrog.
Helmets must be worn to participate.
